Invited by Dr. Xingcai Zhang (Dr. Tea), Prof. Youying Tu, Director of the Tea Research Institute of Zhejiang University will lecture on “Chinese Tea Culture & Health” in Cambridge on Aug. 24th, 2018. Prof. Tu`s research focuses on functional compounds from tea and flower or seed. She is also a renowned expert on tea and health.
