China International Tea Expo

China International Tea Expo held in Hangzhou on May 18-21.

President Xi Jinping is in support of the Expo. The Expo get China National Level support, so does the international agriculture leaders. The following are the international participants:

The world’s tea production and consumption power of the country’s agricultural politicians, tea organizations and production and distribution business representatives, including Morocco, the United States, Senegal, Japan, Togo, Britain, Ireland, Brazil, Argentina, Portugal, Austria, Spain, Italy, South Korea, Kenya, Uganda, Sudan, Ghana, Mali and so on

General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee, President Xi Jinping congratulated the opening ceremony. Xi Jinping pointed out that China is the hometown of tea. Tea is deeply integrated into the Chinese people’s life and become an important carrier for the transmission of Chinese culture. From the ancient Silk Road, Tea Horse Road, tea boat trail, to today’s Silk Road economic belt, the 21st century maritime Silk Road, tea goes through history, across the borders, and is loved by the people worldwide. I wish you carry forward the Chinese tea culture, tea as a media for friendship, mutual benefit exchange and win-win cooperation. The international tea Expo is to create an important platform for China’s exchange and cooperation with the world to jointly promote the development of the world’s tea industry, and tea culture development to a new chapter.

首届中国国际茶叶博览会将于2017年5月18日-21日在杭州国际博览中心（G20杭州峰会主会场）举办，博览会规划总面积35000平方米。
一、组织机构
1.主办单位：农业部、浙江省人民政府
2.承办单位：杭州市人民政府、浙江省农业厅、浙江省供销社
3.协办单位：中国农业科学院茶叶研究所、中国农业电影电视中心、中国农村杂志社、全国农业展览馆、全国农业技术推广服务中心、中国优质农产品开发服务协会、中国国际茶文化研究会和杭州华巨臣西博文化创意有限公司
4.支持单位：全国各茶叶主产省

二、时间、地址和规模
时间：2017年5月18-21日（展期4天），15-17日布展。
地点：杭州国际博览中心1A、1B、1C、1D（G20杭州峰会主会场）
规模：总面积3.5万平方米。

（一）国内领导和嘉宾
1.国家领导人

中共中央总书记、国家主席习近平致贺信，对博览会的举行表示祝贺。习近平指出，中国是茶的故乡。茶叶深深融入中国人生活，成为传承中华文化的重要载体。从古代丝绸之路、茶马古道、茶船古道，到今天丝绸之路经济带、21世纪海上丝绸之路，茶穿越历史、跨越国界，深受世界各国人民喜爱。希望你们弘扬中国茶文化，以茶为媒、以茶会友，交流合作、互利共赢，把国际茶博会打造成中国同世界交流合作的一个重要平台，共同推进世界茶业发展，谱写茶产业和茶文化发展新篇章。

2.“一带一路”沿线重点国家农业政要、茶叶组织负责人和生产经销企业代表，主要包括俄罗斯、格鲁吉亚、土耳其、印度、斯里兰卡、越南、老挝、缅甸、巴基斯坦、伊朗、印度尼西亚、乌兹别克斯坦等
3.国际粮农机构、国际性茶叶组织负责人
4.世界主要咖啡生产国农业政要和企业代表，包括巴西、哥伦比亚、秘鲁、危地马拉、墨西哥、科特迪瓦、埃塞俄比亚、印度尼西亚、越南、印度等

四、主题与内容
依托浙江、立足全国、放眼全球，以“品茗千年 中国好茶”为主题，以成就展示、贸易洽谈、合作交流为主要内容，广泛面向社会大众，主要目标是全面展示我国茶产业发展成就，培育塑造知名茶叶品牌，促进茶产品营销促销，传承推广茶文化，推动茶产业提质增效和农民增收，合力打造符合“国际化、专业化、品牌化、信息化、市场化”发展方向的国内外最具权威的茶叶品牌展会。主要内容包括：

（一）展区安排
1A馆为全国及浙江展示区
1B、1C、1D馆为各省展销区、特色展销区、茶机茶具展销区等
（二）重大活动安排
1.中国国际茶叶博览会开幕式暨中国茶业国际高峰论坛，时间：5月18日上午10:00-12:00，地点：国际博览中心多功能厅。
2.中国品牌茶叶推介活动，由中国农业科学院茶叶研究所、中国优质农产品开发服务协会牵头，农业部市场信息司、浙江省农业厅等单位参与。时间：5月18日-21日，地点：国际博览中心展馆互动区。
3.国际茶咖对话活动，邀请茶叶和咖啡生产国农业政要开展一次对话交流活动。由农业部国际合作司、种植业司牵头，农业部农业贸易促进中心、杭州市政府等单位承办。时间:5月18日15:00-17:00，地点：国际博览中心多功能厅，规模：600人。
4.中国当代茶文化发展论坛，由中国国际茶文化研究会承办。时间：5月17日下午，地点：天元大厦五层钱潮西湖厅，规模：300人。
5.中国十大名茶评选活动，由农业部种植业司牵头，中国农业科学院茶叶研究所承办。
6.茶休闲、文化、体验活动，在茶都茗苑、西湖茶乡、中国茶叶博物馆、西湖国际茶博城组织开展万人品茶、茶道茶艺表演等有关专题活动，由杭州市政府等单位承办。

（三）贸易洽淡
广泛邀请国内外客商，举办看样订货、贸易洽谈等专题活动，促进产销对接。国际展区招展招商及国外嘉宾邀请等工作由农业部国际合作司、浙江省农业厅等负责。国内展区招展招商及重点茶叶生产、经销企业邀请由农业部种植业司、市场信息司和浙江省农业厅等负责。
（四）网上茶博会
开通网上茶博会，邀请全国著名茶企、品牌产品加入，与实体展会联动，适时开展名优茶叶订购交易活动，扩大茶博会成果，提高茶博会影响力，由浙江省农业厅等单位负责。
（五）其它配套活动
杭州市组织开展“全民饮茶日”活动。中国农业科学院茶叶研究所和中国茶叶博物馆开展茶文化历史与科学饮茶、茶叶生产与消费的咨询活动。浙江大学等组织开展茶叶人才交流活动。浙江农林大学等组织开展全国民族茶艺大赛活动，并逐步组织茶馆、茶服、茶具、茶食品等相关专项活动。
